Helper not running. WebUSB doesn't work on macOS — the OS smart-card framework claims the reader. Install the ELAI desktop helper (~3 min) and reload, or continue on Windows/Linux Chrome to use WebUSB directly.

Multi-card session Bind several cards in sequence. Each card is ELAI-signed individually and the full sequence is packaged into one chained attestation bundle proving all cards were present in the same session on the same device.

Pairing reference (optional)

Drop or paste a previously-signed multi-card bundle to anchor this session against a prior pairing. Every card you bind below will include a pairReference field linking back to the bundle's hash and the cards it originally contained. This makes later "missing card" attestations cryptographically defensible.

If you only have a magstripe card (or the chip won't engage), swipe it through a USB MSR. We capture the brand, last 4, and a SHA-256 hash of the PAN — never the raw number, never the cardholder name. Magstripe events are presence-only: they record that this card was swiped here at this moment, but they cannot prove cryptographic identity. Honest event class.
